  3. Delivery of AGA Outdoor Grills as part of this offer must be taken 4 weeks from order date.
  4. Full payment will be required at the time of placing the order.
  5. No cash alternative is available.
  6. AGA Rangemaster Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
  7. AGA Rangemaster reserve the right to apply a restocking charge for any cancelled appliance orders.
  8. Where a delivery date is confirmed and then cancelled within 5 working days of the delivery date the Customer will be subject to a redelivery charge of £250.
  9. Where a delivery date is confirmed and then cancelled within 2 working days the delivery date the Customer will be subject to a redelivery charge of £450.
  10. Where there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and our standard terms and conditions, these take precedence. In all other instances, normal terms and conditions of sale apply.
  11. AGA Rangemaster Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order or invoice at the normal retail price where signed terms and conditions have not been received from the customer.
